The purchase of any product at Qio is risk free and is backed by our No Hassle Return Policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied, Qio will refund or replace your product.

Returns Accompanied by the Original Sales Receipt:

• Purchases made by cash or debit card will be issued as a cash refund.
• Purchases made by credit card will be issued as a refund to the original credit card.
• Purchases made by check within four days of purchase will be issued as a cash refund or transfered your bank account.
